WASHING INSTRUCTIONS : 

Turn your garment inside out

Wash on a cool 30 - 40 degree cycle with a gentle detergent, NO fabric softener NO bleach

Wash on a gentle cycle

Preferably air dry but can be tumbled on a cool setting
